Bags
This collection of handcrafted embroidered bags tells a personal story of exploration, craftsmanship, and meaningful moments over time. I created each piece between 2008 and 2015, keeping the same size (10 × 20 cm) while allowing myself a wide range of inspirations — from fashion icons and oriental patterns to nature, art, and celebration. Some bags emerged spontaneously, others grew out of special commissions, gifts, or important milestones: my very first bag made from leftover fabric, a wedding gift adorned with beads and Swarovski stones, a special order for a wealthy client, or a heartfelt thank-you to someone who supported me at a crucial moment.
I chose materials intuitively and thoughtfully, often giving new life to premium retro velvet, denim, and cord. I enriched each bag with detailed hand embroidery using glass beads, Czech seed beads, sequins, gemstones, and rocailles. Many patterns developed organically as I worked, sometimes inspired by everyday objects, sometimes by my desire to create something joyful, glamorous, or practical enough for everyday wear.
